how it works

cantscroll — status

$ cantscroll status

watching for coding agents…

→ you start a coding agent (claude code, codex etc.)

→ the agent notices the coding session within seconds

→ your iphone shields the apps you picked, preventing doomscrolling

→ session ends → apps unlock instantly

no timers. no willpower. nothing to remember.
